Pani puri is a type of snack that originated in the Indian subcontinent. It consists of a round or ball-shaped, hollow puri, filled with a mixture of flavored water, tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion or chickpeas.
Across different Indian state it has different names, viz.

Following is the mouth watering recipe of Paani Puris:-
Ingredients
For the Puris (Count 40)

1/2 cup semolina (rava/sooji)

1/2 table spoon plain flour (maida)

Salt to taste

1/4 cup chilled soda

Oil for deep fry
For the pani (4 cups)

3 cups chopped mint leaves (pudina)

2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)

1/2 cup tamarind (imli)

1 tbsp roughly chopped ginger (adrak)

1 tbsp roughly chopped green chillies

Roasted cumin seeds (jeera) 1 tbsp

2 tbsp black salt
-
Salt to taste

4 tbsp finely chopped jaggery (gur)
Additional Ingredients

Boiled potato & chickpeas for filling inside puris

1 cup khajur imli chutney

1 cup boondi, soaked in water for approx 10 mins
